Senate was the first in his litter to earn his American Conformation Championship at just 14 months of age. He is described as classy, masculine, elegant, as gliding across a show ring with ease, and that photos do not do this dog justice. He is a solid male with a lot of ground under him. He also happens to be a solid companion and working dog.

He remains the only Standard Schnauzer in recent history to earn an Obedience title and a Herding title while maintaining a top seed in the Conformation rings; and the only Standard Schnauzer in the U.S. working in the sport of Schutzhund.

Above all, Senate is a stable house companion – ready to defend those he considers his friends and family without being overbearing or aggressive.     1. First male Standard Schnauzer to earn an AKC Herding Title

    3. First Nationally Ranked Standard Schnauzer with dual Herding Titles
    4. First Nationally Ranked Standard Schnzuzer to break the 7 year California Working Group draught by winning the Working Group in 2004
  • Proud sire of CHAMPAGNE PEPPER V KEYGOLDE, RN, CD, HI, CGC
    Pepper was the only Standard Schnauzer bitch in 2005 to earn Titles in AKC Herding, Rally Obedience, and regular Obedience arenas; as well as pass her CGC (Canine Good Citizen) evaluation. All this while under the age of two !!!!
